The Wake Up & Read program is hosting its 8th annual book drive with a goal of collecting 200,000 books for children across Wake County. Begininng February 1st, please drop off your gently used books in the box located in the vestibule by the front office. Collections will run until February 25th.
Apex Elementary Sunshine Cart Items Help spread some sunshine to our amazing staff by contributing to our Sunshine Cart. Requested items are: Full size candy bars, sodas (not diet or seltzers), chips, cookies, candy, and chocolates (no pretzels or popcorn, please). Donations may be dropped off at the school. The Western Regional Food Security Action Group is putting an emergency food distribution initiative together to feed families in the Western Region while Wake County Schools are closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Learn More If your family is experiencing food insecurity, Western Wake Crisis Ministry is a great resource for food including meat, produce, and dairy.
