Lots of Changes This Year!
Typically, the Apex Elementary PTA would be gearing up for our largest fundraiser of the year, the Fun Run. Last year, we were fortunate enough to exceed our goal of $25000 for the Fun Run so that we could bring some amazing programs and technology to our school! We understand that things are a little different this year. Due to current situations, we are unable to have the Fun Run. We have instead decided to offer a No Fuss Fundraiser! While our expenses have changed this year, we are still looking to raise $10000. The Apex Elementary PTA is committed to providing software for the school, such as RazKids, BrainPop, and NearPod. We will continue to provide curriculum funds for the teachers as well as support funds for virtual learning and professional development opportunities for teachers & staff. What is a No Fuss Fundraiser? It is a simple fundraiser with nothing to volunteer for, nothing to buy, and nothing to sell. You just send in a donation for any amount that you feel comfortable with! Without the typical fundraiser expenses, the PTA is able to keep 100% of the proceeds to give back to the school! |
